Last Saturday Derrick's cousins called him up and asked if we wanted to join them in Fredericksburg, about an hour and a half away, for a winery tour and a final celebration of Mardi Gras. The wineries were doing a Rajun Cajun theme and were serving shrimp and grits, jambalaya, and much more accompanied with their wine samples. We were totally on board! We visited 3 wineries and then headed home. It was a great Saturday!
